How the process works
Appointment Deposit Policy
To ensure commitment to scheduled appointments, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at booking. This deposit:
Secures your appointment time
Applies toward your final service fee
Cannot be refunded for no-shows or same-day cancellations
Will be forfeited if you are not present within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time
Rescheduling Need to change your appointment? No problem:
Provide 24+ hours notice to apply your deposit to a new appointment time
Changes with less than 24 hours notice will require a new deposit
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. This policy helps ensure reliable service for all clients.
