Some documents are federal rather than state — FBI background checks and other U.S. Department of State records. These run on a separate federal track, and you can begin one with us using the same form below.
An FBI apostille begins with an FBI background check, which begins with fingerprinting. That step is handled by our sister company, Oregon Fingerprinting — the fingerprinting and federal-authentication specialists. Get printed there, and we coordinate the apostille from start to finish.

Many countries require a certified translation of your record once the apostille is attached. We coordinate that for you through a network of professional, certified translators — so you get the apostille and the translation from one place, without chasing down a separate service.
Here's the order of operations: get the apostille first, then we translate the full packet, including the apostille certificate itself. Certified and standard translations are available, typically $50–$75 per page depending on language and length. Just note your translation needs on the form and we'll quote it right alongside your apostille.
A few minutes here saves weeks later. Run through this before sending your documents — or just hand it all to us and we'll confirm every step for you.

Federal apostilles are $350 for the first document and $200 for each additional, in 7-10 business days. Fingerprinting for the FBI check is done by our sister company, Oregon Fingerprinting.
