- **Mobile Notary:** A dual-commissioned notary comes to your home, office, hospital, or care facility across Portland Metro and Clark County, WA. Oregon statutory notarization fee is $10 per notarial act, with each additional signature on the same document $10; a travel fee applies and varies by location.
- **Remote Online Notarization (RON):** Notarize from anywhere by secure video via Blue Notary, valid in all 50 states, from $50. Authorized in Oregon under ORS 194.277 (effective August 1, 2020).
- **Apostille — State (all 50 states):** Authentication of state-issued and notarized documents — birth, marriage, death, and divorce certificates, notarized documents, diplomas, and business/corporate records — through the issuing state's authentication authority, for use abroad. Oregon and Washington are handled in-house; every other state is routed to the state that issued it.
- **Apostille — Federal:** Federal apostille authentication through the U.S. Department of State (FBI background checks and other federal records). $350 first document, $200 each additional, 7-10 business days, with 2-day return shipping included (domestic overnight +$60).
- **Certified Translation:** Certified or standard document translation coordinated alongside your apostille, typically $50-$75 per page depending on language and length.
- **I-9 Employment Verification (Authorized Representative):** Section 2 I-9 completion for remote employees across Oregon and Washington, from $50 ($100 travel fee for mobile appointments). E-Verify ready; meets the 3-business-day USCIS requirement; same-day and next-day appointments available.
- **Online Notarization for apostille prep:** Non-vital state documents must be notarized before they can be apostilled; online notarization is available for +$25 before the apostille.
- **Jail & Prison Notary Signings:** A dual-commissioned notary comes to correctional facilities to notarize documents, including powers of attorney, for incarcerated individuals and their families. Confirm-first pricing starting at $200; signings typically scheduled within 24 hours. Facilities served include Washington County Jail, Multnomah County (Inverness) Jail, Clackamas County Jail, Marion County Jail, Columbia County Jail, Yamhill County Jail, Clark County Jail and Work Center, Coffee Creek Correctional Facility, and Oregon State Correctional Institution.

## Policies

- Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking and applies toward your final service fee. It is forfeited for no-shows, same-day cancellations, or if you are not present within 15 minutes of your scheduled time.
- Rescheduling: Provide 24+ hours notice to apply your deposit to a new appointment time. Changes with less than 24 hours notice require a new deposit. Emergencies are considered case by case.
- Apostille return shipping: Federal apostilles include 2-day U.S. return shipping (domestic overnight +$60). For state apostilles, return shipping is the client's choice of speed, billed at cost; international mailing is available.
